Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. Uber透過手機app輸入上車地點就可輕鬆叫車，有別於計程車也是個不錯的好選擇。澳洲黃金海岸一名20歲女子，深夜透過Uber叫車欲前往俗稱「車震聖地」的知名景點衝浪者天堂，卻遭到24歲的Uber司機性侵得逞。
根據黃金海岸公報（Gold Coast Bulletin）報導，上月23日深夜，該名女子欲前往當地知名景點衝浪者天堂，透過Uber app叫車，不料遇上了心懷不軌的司機，見年輕女子起了色心，竟將車門反鎖，強吻女乘客性侵得逞，事後依強姦及強制罪名遭起訴，申請保釋遭當庭拒絕，。
法官卡拉翰（Christopher Callaghan）審理表示，受害者為一名無反抗能力的弱勢女子，因此不給予保釋的空間。當地警方也指出，在昆士蘭東南部近3個月以來，Uber司機所犯下的性侵案超過5件，可說是防不勝防，當地部分旅館業者也會特別提醒遊客入夜後治安較差，觀光客飲酒、吸毒後發生的性侵事件也曾出不窮。
西班牙警方表示，12名涉及巴塞隆納恐攻嫌犯中，5人遭擊斃、4人被捕、3人仍消遙法外。警方認為，恐怖分子原本要策劃規模比駕車致命輾人更龐大的攻擊，幸好及時阻止。
根據法新社報導，巴塞隆納的蘭布拉大道（Las Ramblas）17日發生廂型車高速衝撞人群輾壓的恐攻，造成14人死亡，其中一名35歲的義大利觀光客更是在妻子與年幼孩子面前慘遭撞死。

加泰隆尼亞警方表示，3名被擊斃的年輕嫌犯均為摩洛哥人，分別為17歲的歐卡伯（Moussa Oukabir ）、18歲的阿拉（Said Aallaa）及24歲的希察米（Mohamed Hychami）。
另外，巴塞隆納南方約200公里的阿爾卡納爾一處房屋，16日晚間發生爆炸造成1人死亡。警方懷疑是恐怖分子當時在製作炸彈，卻意外爆炸，但是警方仍不清楚原本嫌犯要炸的目標為何。
